Role &
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and personalized table service to guests in fine-dining or high-volume restaurant settings.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen/bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain immaculate table settings, clean dining areas, and uphold hygiene standards per UAE hospitality regulations.
- Operate POS systems to process payments, generate receipts, and manage tip allocations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor managers to resolve guest requests, handle complaints, and upsell menu items.
- Adhere to uniform, grooming, and comportment standards that reflect brand excellence and UAE hospitality norms.
