Qualifications

• A formal High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must possess a minimum of 1 to 3 years of verified professional experience in a customer-facing cash-handling or POS processing role within the fast-paced UAE or broader GCC retail market.
• Deep technical competence operating modern software platforms (Oracle Retail POS, SAP POS, Microsoft Dynamics) and processing digital tourist tax-free systems (Planet VAT) is mandatory.
• Strong numerical literacy, structural honesty, and cash reconciliation capability are highly prioritized.
• Absolute fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory; conversational proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or Hindi provides an immense competitive advantage for international consumer governance.
• Physical & Security Criteria: The position requires high physical stamina for continuous standing during extended shifts and the psychological resilience to manage peak-hour checkout surges and client communication variations calmly under operational pressure.
