Part Time Administrative Assistant

Essential Job Responsibilities (Included, but not limited to)

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Handle correspondence via email, phone, and other communication channels
• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents
• Assist with personal tasks, including appointments, household management, and personal events
• Support business and personal projects with research, data analysis, and progress tracking
• Plan and coordinate personal and business events, meetings, and travel itineraries
• Maintain strict confidentiality for all personal and business information
• Collaborate with the entrepreneur on ad hoc tasks and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role (virtual experience preferred)
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Dynamic, resourceful thinker with a can-do attitude
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, project management and automation tools (Asana, Slack, WhatsApp, Zapier, CRMs)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality
• Skilled at self-learning and independent problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
