About Us

Stealth-mode startup building a retail-focused wealth-tech platform for everyday Indians. Not for traders but for For the first-time investor who has never had access to good financial products — until now.

The platform simplifies investing to its bare minimum — voice-first, vernacular-first, built around trust. We are approaching launch and need someone who can help us get there.

What This Role Actually Is

This is not a ticket-closing internship. You will work on a real product that handles real money for real users. You will face problems that have no Stack Overflow answer. You will be expected to think before you type.

AI coding tools are part of how we build. But writing code is the easy part now. What matters is everything around it — why this architecture and not that one, why this API design makes sense for this use case, why this approach will break at scale and this one will not.

We need someone who is genuinely curious about backend and frontend decisions, can argue for an approach, and has the problem-solving instinct to figure things out when the answer is not obvious. The code you write with AI is only as good as the decisions you make before you write it.

What You Will Work On

--> Own and harden Node.js microservices on Fastify — review, fix, make production ready

--> Design clean REST APIs across auth, payments, goals and notifications

--> Set up and manage AWS infrastructure — EKS, EC2, S3, RDS PostgreSQL

--> Containerise and deploy using Docker and Kubernetes

--> Build CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions

--> Contribute to frontend integration when needed

What We Are Looking For

--> Backend-first mindset — you understand why things break, not just how to fix them

--> Decision-making ability — when there are two ways to solve a problem, you can argue for one

--> You use AI coding tools but you review, question and own every line

--> Node.js hands-on — Fastify or Express

--> Basic AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL exposure

--> Fresher or up to 1 year experience — we care more about how you think than what you have done

--> Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate immediately
