Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor – Civil & Interior (Corporate Interior Fit-Out) role based in Bengaluru. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, and assisting in tendering, bidding, and contractor negotiations.

The role includes monitoring project costs, validating subcontractor bills, certifying measurements, and tracking variations and claims throughout the project lifecycle. The professional will coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and design teams to ensure cost-efficient execution while meeting quality and timeline requirements.

Day-to-day tasks also include preparing cost reports, forecasting budgets, supporting value engineering, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong cost management capabilities, including Cost Control and Cost Management for civil and interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and measurement for corporate interior and civil works.
• Experience in Cost Planning and budgeting across project stages, from pre-tender to post-contract.
• Ability to generate accurate Cost Reporting, including periodic cost summaries, variance reports, and cash flow projections.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with corporate interior fit-out or commercial building projects, preferably with contractors or design-build firms.
• Good command of MS Excel and quantity surveying/estimation software; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience Required : 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
