Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, concept-driven online classes for students from Grades 6 to 10.
• Design and develop interactive lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials.
• Use digital tools to explain complex Math concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Track student performance and provide detailed feedback and support.
• Collaborate with the academic and content team to enhance course delivery and learning outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest curriculum changes and EdTech trends.
• Qualifications &

Skills

• Educational Background: Any graduates/Post graduates in math or related field from IIT/NIT.Experience: Minimum 3 years of online teaching experience in the EdTech space.
• Strong command over Math for Grades 6 to 10 (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards).
• Familiarity with online teaching tools like Zoom, Google Meet, Whiteboard tools, etc.
• Ability to break down complex topics into fun, easy-to-learn modules.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.A student-first approach and high levels of empathy and patience.

Preferred

Experience creating or curating video-based content.

Prior work with top EdTech platforms.
