HR Operations

As an HR Operations professional at Cult.

Fit, you will play a crucial role in the HR team, focusing on streamlining HR processes, enhancing employee experiences, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment efforts, handling employee queries, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Additionally, you will assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs that foster a positive work environment and align with our company culture.HR Operations, HR MIS, HR AdministrationProcesses for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.

Support performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback collection.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Generate reports related to HR metrics and analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.

Experience in employee relations and performance management is desirable.
