Freelance Facilitator – Enhancing Microsoft Excel Productivity with AI (Pune/Mumbai)

Trainopaedia is looking for experienced freelance facilitators to deliver practical, application-focused training to enhance Microsoft Excel functionality along with using AI to optimize the same. The training is to be conducted in the first week of June 2026.

This is a hands-on program designed to help the workforce of a company use AI responsibly and effectively to build formulas, troubleshoot errors, automate sheets, clean data, and improve reporting efficiency.

Audience Profile

Participants are from a small organization based in Pune and Mumbai. They range from entry-level employees to professionals with up to 5 years of experience across Operations, Sales, Support, Supply Chain, Admin, and Supervisory roles. Expect mixed skill levels, practical questions and real business constraints.

Selection Process

Step 1: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a brief alignment discussion.

Step 2: Post the alignment discussion, selected candidates will proceed to an online interview and online presentation round.

Mandatory Fit Criteria

Apply only if most of the following apply to you:

• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build, troubleshoot, optimize and analyze Excel sheets
• Prior experience facilitating practical corporate training to working professionals
• Strong facilitation skills (interactive, practical, experiential; not lecture-based)
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into business relevant terms
• Comfortable managing mixed-experience groups
• Willingness to work within defined structure and outcomes
• Open to traveling to the training venue (arranged by the client)
• Experience training SME or corporate teams
• Exposure to AI productivity workflows
• Ability to customize contextual examples without drifting from learning goals

Role Expectations

• Deliver instructor-led modules (3-4 hours each)
• Drive learning through live Excel demonstrations, guided practice, and problem-solving
• Connect AI prompts to real Excel use cases
• Manage skepticism around AI usage responsibly
• Follow structured session design and learning objectives
• Share concise post-session report with the program coordinator

Training Location: Pune & Mumbai

Tentative Dates of Training: 4 & 5 June, 2026

Compensation

₹8000-₹10000 for 3-4 hours of facilitation in a day

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per day
