Executive Assistant Reporting To: Group COO & Group CFO Location: Gurugram
The role is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks and support our CXOs’. Additional responsibilities include managing calendars and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great prioritization and time management skills.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to our CXOs.
What Will You Be Doing Act as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners. Manage the flow of information in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Manage executives’ calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule meetings. Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly expense reports.
Prepare and format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports. Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items as required. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence appropriately. Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Qualification & Experience At least 10 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role. Prior experience supporting senior executives or CXO-level leaders is preferred. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and e-calendar tools. Strong experience in calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense report preparation. Key Success Factors For
