Junior People Operations Specialist - On-site in Dubai

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior People Operations Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This on-site role is ideal for individuals passionate about human resources and eager to support our HR operations. You will play a vital role in managing the onboarding process for new hires and ensuring compliance with UAE HR regulations.

Your contributions will help create a positive work environment and facilitate smooth employee transitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding processes for new hires across the UAE.
• Coordinate the collection and verification of all required hiring paperwork.
• Ensure employment contracts and onboarding documents are signed and stored.
• Work with internal teams to meet onboarding requirements effectively.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files per company standards.
• Support visa and residency processes with employees and service providers.
• Track pending paperwork and ensure timely completion of immigration tasks.
• Assist in managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and renewals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or coordination is a plus.
• Good knowledge of UAE HR operations and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with UAE visa and residency procedures.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage tasks efficiently.
• Very good communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
