Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager (Sales) to join our team at Sangrose Laboratories. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that sales targets are met. The Area Manager (Sales) will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, training and motivating sales staff, and providing feedback and support.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance
• Train and motivate sales staff
• Provide feedback and support to sales staff
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Monitor market trends and competitors
• Prepare reports and analyze data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 6-7 years of experience in sales management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
