- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
■Job Roles:
- Manage the GM’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Handle correspondence, draft communications, and maintain records.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups for the GM’s projects.
- Support preparation of business reviews, performance dashboards, and operational updates.
- Serve as the first point of contact for senior executives, clients, and partners.
- Coordinate communications between the GM and stakeholders, ensuring timely responses.
- Organize and support executive-level events, conferences, and industry engagements.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards.
- Support documentation and record-keeping for strategic decisions.
- Preparing invoices and SAP entries
- Maintenance of documentation for internal records.
- Support in hotel and flight bookings of the General Manager
- To administrative work (back-office staff) for automotive business as well.
