Hiring: HR & Administration Manager (Female)

Location: SAIF Zone, Sharjah, UAE

Industry: Manufacturing

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and highly accountable HR & Administration Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing environments and be capable of driving HR excellence, compliance, and administrative operations while taking full ownership of their role.

Key Requirements

✅ Mandatory experience in a Manufacturing Industry

✅ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Compliance, HSE Regulations, and Factory Audits

✅ Experience in handling HR Operations, Administration, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Government Processes

✅ Familiarity with Free Zone regulations; experience with SAIF Zone will be an added advantage

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

✅ Willingness to travel internationally as and when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR & Administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup
