About the Role
The Regional HR Operations Specialist will play a key role in enhancing HR processes across the UAE and the region.
Key Responsibilities

- HRIS & Systems Administration
- Manage, maintain, and continuously optimize HRIS data, configurations, and workflows to support efficient HR operations.
- Configure and enhance digital HR workflows, including approvals, attendance tracking, leave management, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Develop dashboards, automated reports, notifications, and workflow solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Troubleshoot HR systems issues and coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure seamless system performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance across all HR platforms.

- HR Operations & Payroll Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support monthly payroll processing by ensuring employee data is accurate, complete, and aligned with payroll requirements.
- Collaborate with payroll reviewers and stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring timely completion of all documentation, approvals, and system updates.

- HR Process Optimization & Automation
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes, reducing administrative workload and enhancing employee experience.
- Standardize HR workflows and best practices across payroll, leave management, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and engagement initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR operations and digital workflows.

- UAE Visa & PRO Coordination
- Coordinate and support employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related immigration processes in the UAE.Liaise with external PRO service providers, government authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of visa-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for visa and immigration matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Provide administrative support for other government-related processes on an ad-hoc basis as business needs arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
