HR Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficient HR service delivery, compliance with labor laws, and a seamless employee experience across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Shared Services.
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience handling employee documentation, visa processes, and payroll coordination.
- Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in process improvement and HR operations excellence is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
- Oversee payroll coordination, HR documentation, HRMS, visas, labor cards, and Emirates ID processes.
- Drive HR process improvements, policy implementation, and operational excellence.
- Prepare HR reports, support employee relations, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee experience.
