We are hiring for a fast-growing digital asset and financial infrastructure business in Dubai that needs a serious HR & Admin Manager — not a traditional admin profile.
This is a demanding, high-ownership role for someone who knows HR operations inside out, understands UAE employment processes, and is genuinely tech-savvy.
We are looking for someone who can run HR/admin properly, automate manual processes, use AI intelligently, and bring structure to a fast-moving businessThe ideal candidate will come from fintech, payments, digital assets, trading, financial services, or a high-growth start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day HR operations, employee administration, onboarding, offboarding, visas, employment documentation, and HR records
- Manage office administration, vendors, facilities, suppliers, internal coordination, and general business support
- Ensure HR and employee processes are compliant with UAE and wider GCC labour laws
- Maintain contracts, policies, trackers, documentation, workflows, and employee records to a high standard
- Work directly with founders and senior leadership to improve processes, reporting, documentation, and operational efficiency
- Use AI, automation, HR systems, and workflow tools to reduce manual work and build scalable processes
- Coordinate with external providers, government authorities, free zones, and regulators where required
- Support governance, compliance administration, corporate documentation, and internal control processes
- Bring structure, discipline, urgency, and follow-up across a fast-growing business
Requirements
- Strong HR operations, admin, people operations, or office management experience
- Experience in fintech, payments, digital assets, trading, financial services, or a fast-growth start-up is essential
- Strong understanding of UAE labour law;
- GCC labour law exposure is highly preferred
- Experience dealing with DIFC, ADGM, VARA, free zones, regulators, or government authorities is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of visas, onboarding, contracts, employee records, policies, HR documentation, and vendor management
- Tech-savvy, systems-minded, and confident using AI / automation tools to improve HR and admin processes
- Comfortable in a demanding, founder-led, high-performance environment
- Highly organised, detail-focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities at pace
