Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading construction and contracting company in the UAE that delivers large-scale commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across corporate, technical, engineering, project management, and site-based functions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in the UAE construction talent market, workforce planning, employer branding, stakeholder management, and building high-performing teams to support the organization's continued growth and project expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions across the organization.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans and project requirements.
- Partner closely with business leaders, department heads, and project teams to understand hiring needs and workforce forecasts.
- Manage recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including engineering, project management, commercial, HSE, procurement, and site operations.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence and attractiveness as an employer.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, KPIs, and market trends to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company recruitment policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring objectives.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.12–15 years of overall recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience within construction or contracting companies in the UAE/GCC.Strong experience recruiting for engineering, project management, commercial, and site-based roles.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment and workforce planning activities.
- Familiar with UAE construction industry and talent market.
- Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and modern sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews.
