About the Role
Najoom Al Jazeera is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Data Entry Clerk to support our Call Centre and Operations teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining customer, vehicle, shipping, and operational data within the company's systems.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent typing speed, strong computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer information in the company database and CRM system.
- Process and verify vehicle, shipping, and customer-related records.
- Support the Call Centre team by maintaining accurate and up-to-date data.
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets as requested by management.
- Maintain organised digital records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Call Centre, Sales, Shipping, and Operations departments.
- Ensure timely processing of customer inquiries and operational requests.
- Follow company procedures and data confidentiality requirements.
- Perform other administrative and data-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Entry, Administration, Customer Service, or Call Centre Support.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with CRM systems and databases is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive, shipping, logistics, or service-related industries.
- Experience supporting customer service or call centre operations.
- Familiarity with vehicle information, shipping documentation, and customer records.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
