The role contributes to better conversion, stronger product visibility, clean store standards, smoother fitting room service, accurate customer information capture, and a welcoming retail atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers as they enter the store with a warm, sincere, and professional greeting. * Create a positive first impression through an energetic attitude, neat appearance, and adherence to the store dress code. * Provide customers with current, clear, and relevant product information to support confident buying decisions. * Engage with customers naturally to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. * Support fitting room service by assisting customers, following up in a timely manner, and helping identify add-on sales opportunities. * Provide efficient service at the cash wrap and maintain a smooth checkout experience. * Offer gift cards when appropriate and support customer database capture through approved systems. * Maintain cleanliness and organization across the store, fitting rooms, product areas, and cash wrap counters. * Follow visual presentation standards to ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively. * Complete operational duties assigned by store management in line with daily business needs. * Thank customers sincerely as they leave the store and encourage them to return. * Work with team members to maintain service quality, housekeeping standards, and sales floor readiness throughout the day.
