Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors aligned with business requirements and demand patterns
Negotiate commercials and finalize agreements ensuring healthy unit economics
Build a strong and reliable vendor network across priority geographies
Ensure smooth onboarding and enablement of new vendors onto the platform
Vendor Performance Management
Monitor vendor performance against defined SLAs (timeliness, service quality, customer satisfaction)
Conduct regular performance reviews and take corrective actions where required
Work closely with underperforming vendors to improve operational standards
Ensure compliance with agreed operational and service standards at all times
Operational Excellence
Ensure high reliability of vendor operations across active jobs
Act as escalation point for critical operational issues involving vendors
Support continuous improvement in execution quality and process efficiency 2–3 years of experience in Operations / Supply / Vendor Management in Packers & Movers, Logistics, or On-demand services Strong understanding of UAE / Dubai logistics and vendor ecosystem Valid UAE Driving License + Own Car (mandatory for field/vendor interactions) High comfort with fieldwork, vendor meetings, and on-ground execution Proven ability to negotiate and manage external partners in high-pressure environments
