As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and building the platform that powers trustworthy assessments for millions of developers worldwide. You’ll craft solutions that not only detect and prevent misuse but also deliver a seamless, world-class developer experience. These systems must scale to support over 100K concurrent users, balancing performance, reliability, and usability.

What You’ll DoImprove workflows and user experiences for candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers - in collaboration with product and design.
Build reusable, scalable frontend components that integrate seamlessly across HackerRank products.
Champion frontend engineering best practices - performance, accessibility, testing, and code quality.
Regularly measure and optimize key web performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise product quality and user experience.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns.
