About the Role
| Magnus Advisory LLC FZ is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing immigration consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to guide prospective clients through immigration and residency solutions.
Candidates with prior experience in the immigration consultancy industry will be given preference. |
Core Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, referrals, and other sales channels. |
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their immigration goals and eligibility. |
- Present and explain immigration, residency, citizenship, and visa programs offered by the company. |
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process. |
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales opportunities. |
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. |
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. |
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for prospective clients. |
- Coordinate with case processing and documentation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. |
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa programs, and market trends relevant to client needs. |
- Attend company events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking activities to generate business opportunities. |
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and professional client engagement at all times. |
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client advisory roles. |
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) is mandatory. |
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. |
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships. |
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. |
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. |
- Strong organizational and time-management skills. |
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Immigration Consultancy, Citizenship by Investment (CBI), Residency by Investment (RBI), Visa Services, or related immigration advisory services will be highly prioritized. |
- Knowledge of international immigration pathways, residency programs, and visa regulations. |
- Additional language skills will be considered an advantage. |
