The Content Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining vendor content across the talabat platform. As part of the Content Team, you will work closely with Account Managers, vendors Coordinators, and cross-functional teams to ensure that promotions, products, categories, banners, and other content tasks are accurately updated, and displayed on the platform.
You will be responsible for maintaining content quality standards, supporting vendor growth through effective content execution, and ensuring timely delivery of content related requests. You are expected to be result driven, take on and deliver the KPIs set in place, and ensure the accuracy, quality, and completeness of content across the platform. What s on Your Plate?
Execute and maintain vendor content across the talabat platform, including products, categories, collections, banners, and other content assets.
Create, update, and monitor promotional campaigns to ensure accurate implementation and timely go live.
Manage catalog updates, item additions, modifications, and content migrations while maintaining data integrity.
Collaborate with Account Managers, Vendor Coordinators, and cross functional teams to support content related requests and business objectives.
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy, completeness, and compliance with content guidelines.
Maintain content quality standards and meet defined KPIs and SLAs for content related tasks.
Analyze content performance and data to identify opportunities for optimization and improve the customer experience.
Assist in testing, validating, and troubleshooting content-related issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What Did We Order?
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in content management, e-commerce, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsCommitted to own performance and development.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work as part of a fast-growing team and be a team playerEnglish is required; Arabic is an advantage.
