Sales Coordinator - Hiring UAE National

Key Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with order processing, quotations, and documentation
• Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, follow-ups, and updates
• Maintain and update sales records, CRM, and reports
• Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) for order execution
• Track sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
• Handle basic customer queries and support account management equirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field0–2 years of experience in sales support / coordination (freshers can apply)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
