CONTENT OPERATIONS COORDINATORLocation: Dubai, UAEType of contract: Full time
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Content Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing, structuring and coordinating all content requests across the organization.
The role serves as the central point of contact in an international environnement between the Image Team (based in Paris) and internal stakeholders (mostly based in Dubai and across regions) ensuring consistency and on-time delivery across content productions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 360 content coordination
- Manage the content request tool and ensure all incoming requests are properly qualified and take into account all stakeholders needs.
- Contribute to defining deliverables, formats and timelines in coordination with relevant teams.
- Support alignment on priorities and timelines across teams.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Development teams to ensure product availability for shootings.
- Planning & traffic management
- Contribute to the overall planning of the Image team.
- Support traffic allocation based on priorities and capacity.
- Track project progress and flag risks or delays proactively.DAM management
- Keep the DAM up to date in line with ongoing activities.
- Ensure assets are properly uploaded, tagged and structured.
- Maintain data quality and accessibility.
- Budget tracking
- Support the tracking of content production budgets.
- Monitor purchase orders, invoices and costs.PROFILE & COMPETENCIESExperience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in content operations, traffic management or project management.
- Experience within a content, creative or image team is required.
- Experience in luxury, beauty or fashion would be preferred.
Skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Detail-oriented, structured and rigorous.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
- Tools
- Familiarity with project management and workflow tools.
- Strong command of Excel and Power Point.
- Experience with DAM system would be preferred.
- Languages
- Fluency in English and French is required.
