As part of its expansion, the company is looking for a highly driven Lead- Human Resources to strengthen its performance and business operations function.
ROLE PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead - Human Resources to oversee and drive the organization's human resource function. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
This role encompasses employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and policy administration to ensure an engaged and productive workforce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Strategy & Business Partnership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Partner with leadership teams to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and recommendations to management.
- Drive HR initiatives that support business growth and employee engagement.
Talent Management
- Support talent acquisition initiatives and workforce planning activities.
- Oversee employee onboarding and probation management processes.
- Develop and implement succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Promote employee retention and engagement strategies.
Performance Management
- Lead and manage the performance management framework and annual appraisal process.
- Monitor employee performance and support managers in addressing performance-related issues.
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous feedback.
- Implement performance improvement and development plans where required.
Employee Relations
- Foster positive employee relations and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Promote employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices.
Learning & Development
- Identify training and development needs across the organization.
- Coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and leadership development.
- Support career development and succession planning activities.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
- Oversee payroll inputs, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Ensure accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave administration, and HR compliance.
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in HR processes.
Policy, Compliance & Governance
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical HR practices.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and provide insights to management.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to improve HR effectiveness.
- Support strategic decision-making through workforce analytics.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with prior leadership experience being an added advantage.
- Human Resource Management and HR Business Partnering
- Proven experience in performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications will be an added advantage.
- Professional qualifications such as PQHRM, CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent will be advantageous.
