Role Summary and Impact
The Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner (TA & BP) is a critical dual-function role responsible for driving recruitment efforts and providing comprehensive HR support for our operations in Sri Lanka.
This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while also acting as a frontline HR Business Partner, assisting employees and managers with HR-related queries, policy implementation, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and empathetic professional who can balance the demands of talent acquisition with effective HR partnership.
