Reporting to the Head of HR- Sri Lanka, the Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for attracting top talent by implementing effective sourcing and recruitment strategies, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and contributing to the development and maintenance of a strong employer brand.
Exposure in the IT/ITES industries is an added advantage.
In-depth understanding of the full talent acquisition life cycle, from candidate sourcing & attraction to on boarding.
Proven track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and HR software (a plus).
Proficient in recruitment software & application tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
