About the Role

A UK-based Accountancy Firm is looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Executive to support its HR and operational functions. This role requires daily communication with UK clients, so excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, administration, operations, payroll support, and invoicing-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• HR & Recruitment* Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate sourcing* Screen CVs and schedule interviews* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate follow-ups* Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation* Support day-to-day HR administration
• Payroll, Invoicing & Administration* Assist with payroll coordination and updates* Prepare and issue invoices and receipts* Maintain payroll, invoicing, and operational records* Update Excel trackers and reports* Handle payment follow-ups and general administrative tasks
• Operations & Executive Support* Support daily business operations* Provide executive and administrative support to management* Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders* Handle ad hoc operational responsibilities
• Requirements* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Operations, Administration, Recruitment Coordination, or a similar role* Excellent spoken and written English is essential* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office* Experience in payroll coordination, invoicing, or finance administration is an advantage* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities* Strong communication and coordination skills* Previous experience working with UK clients or UK-based companies is an added advantage📩 Interested candidates should send their updated CV to: hr@sidelah.com
