The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a passion for achieving results while effectively working with teams and leading junior team members when required.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets from new customer acquisitions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and agreements accurately and on time.
• Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline.𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience in SaaS, HR software, ERP, or technology solution sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong customer relationship management and business communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple sales opportunities.𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
