Business Development Executive - IT Sales

Zeal is a leading IT services provider specializing in strategic technology partnerships and enterprise outsourcing delivery, with experience working alongside global partners such as HP and executing projects including Motadata implementations.

We help businesses improve efficiency through tailored technology solutions and we’re looking for someone who can grow our client base and build strong, long-term partnerships in the IT services space.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services and outsourcing.  – Build and maintain strong client relationships.  – Understand client needs and present suitable tech solutions.  – Prepare proposals, lead negotiations and close deals.  – Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.  – Manage pipeline and track sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field.  – 1+ years of experience in IT sales or solution selling.  – Strong communication and skilled in handling clientele.  – Ability to build trust and manage relationships.  – Proactive, fast learning and comfortable in a tech environment.
