About the Role

ZHA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship & Business Development Executive to drive sponsorship sales, establish strategic partnerships, and contribute to the growth of our events and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential sponsors, partners, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and decision-makers.
• Develop sponsorship proposals, presentations, and partnership packages.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and partnership terms.
• Achieve sponsorship and revenue targets for events and projects.
• Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are executed successfully.
• Represent ZHA at networking events, meetings, and industry gatherings.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and partnership activities.
• Requirements &

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in sales, sponsorship, business development, marketing, or client relationship management is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Knowledge of the event, entertainment, or media industry is an added advantage.

Fluency in English and Tamil; Sinhala is a plus.
