About the ProgramJoin Sap Ceylon’s structured Sales & Business Development Trainee Program and gain practical, hands-on experience in building and growing a Sri Lankan FMCG brand.

You will work closely with the founders and leadership team while learning how products reach customers, how distribution channels are developed, and how businesses generate sustainable growth.

• What You Will Do✅ Visit retail outlets and potential business partners✅ Participate in customer meetings and business discussions✅ Support retail sales and market development activities✅ Assist with HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) business development✅ Conduct market visits and competitor observations✅ Support events, exhibitions, and promotional activities✅ Build customer relationships and identify new opportunities✅ Learn practical sales, negotiation, and business development skills
