Content Producer & Media Manager

$45,000–$55,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Performance Bonuses

We are looking for a Content Producer & Media Manager to help build and grow multiple brands through compelling video, social media, storytelling, and content production.
This is not a traditional marketing position.
You will not spend your days building ad campaigns or sitting in meetings discussing marketing theories.
This is not a desk job.
You will be on jobsites, at project locations, in the field, traveling between markets, attending conferences, documenting business growth, capturing content, and helping tell the story behind multiple growing brands.
If you enjoy variety, travel, entrepreneurship, content creation, and being part of something being built from the ground up, this may be the perfect opportunity.
You will work directly with company leadership and play a critical role in documenting projects, producing content, growing audiences, and building a scalable content engine across multiple brands.
If you are obsessed with social media, content creation, YouTube, storytelling, and understanding why some content explodes while other content falls flat, we want to hear from you.
This is an opportunity to help build a media platform from the ground floor.
One week you may be documenting the development of a luxury cabin resort in Ohio.
The next week you may be filming a high-end residential construction project, capturing podcast content, attending an industry conference, traveling with company leadership, or producing content around entrepreneurship and business growth.
You will help tell the story behind real businesses, real projects, real people, and real growth.
No two weeks will look the same.

Travel Requirements
This position requires significant travel.
The majority of travel will occur between the Columbus, Ohio and Chicago, Illinois markets, where our businesses, projects, events, and operations are primarily located.
Additional travel throughout the United States may be required for conferences, industry events, project opportunities, content creation initiatives, business development activities, and other company-related travel.
All approved business travel expenses will be reimbursed or paid by the company.

Expected Schedule
This role offers flexibility but is not a traditional 9-to-5 position.
Some evening and weekend work may be required based on travel schedules, content opportunities, conferences, events, project activities, podcast recordings, and production needs.
The ideal candidate is excited by variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to capture great content whenever the opportunity presents itself.
