VFX Bidding Producer

MAS effects is an Emmy-nominated visual effects studio specializing in major studio and streaming service film and television productions. The team collaborates closely with directors, producers, and studios to deliver visually compelling VFX, and is known for creativity and reliability under tight deadlines.

MAS is looking for an experienced VFX Bidding Producer to lead bidding on all incoming series and film projects. This includes owning the entire:

• intake and organization of bidding materials
• Building excel bid docs and gather corresponding reel materials
• Coordinating with management to ensure we can deliver what's bid
• Interacting with clients to integrate any bid suggestions and intelligence

This role is offered initially as a freelance position with potential to transition to full-time. Our offices are located in Los Angeles and New York, however this is a remote position.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years as a VFX Producer at a major streaming service or studio
• Alternatively, minimum 5 years as a VFX Producer at a major visual effects house.
• Expert knowledge of the VFX bidding process including access to and experience with multiple comparative bids

We are looking for an experienced VFX Bidding Producer who has knowledge of prices and can help with bids immediately. This is not a role to learn on the job.
