Join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team as a Creative Video Producer!
In this role, you will
- Collaborate with colleagues to craft compelling video content that captures our brand's story and resonates with diverse audiences.
- Coordinate filming activities with customers, service users, and external partners, ensuring all necessary permissions and consents are secured smoothly.
- Bring your creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling passion to every project, directing contributors with confidence.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Premiere Pro, to expertly edit high-quality videos for social media, websites, internal communications, and events.
- Adapt your content creation approach to produce both polished corporate videos using Canon cinema equipment and quick-turnaround social media content using mobile devices.

- External: Stakeholders, Partner Agencies, Customers
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification in videography or a related field (desirable).
- Experience in delivering video content within a large organization, adept at navigating corporate processes and stakeholder needs.
- Proven ability to set up and operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment for professional shoots.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Premiere Pro; experience in motion graphics using After Effects is a plus.
- Basic photography skills are beneficial.

- Willingness to travel independently to filming locations across the UK.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage logistics and coordination among stakeholders.
- Ability to direct contributors effectively, making them feel at ease in front of the camera.
- Strong understanding of brand, audience, and platform requirements in content creation.
Salary: £38,000.00
