Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in New York, NY. The Writer will create clear, accurate, and engaging content related to accounting, auditing, taxation, and professional services, including website copy, articles, reports, case studies, and client-facing documents.

Daily responsibilities include researching industry topics, translating complex financial and tax concepts into accessible language, and developing content that supports marketing, thought leadership, and client education.

The Writer will collaborate closely with partners, tax advisors, and client service teams to gather information, ensure technical accuracy, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels. The role also involves revising and proofreading materials, aligning content with regulatory and brand guidelines, and meeting deadlines within a fast-paced professional environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strength in professional writing and editing, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Experience researching financial, business, or regulatory subjects and transforming findings into structured, reader-friendly content.
• Ability to align content with brand voice, professional standards, and compliance requirements in a services or consulting environment.
• Strong attention to detail, including grammar, style, accuracy, and consistency across multiple content types.
• Proficiency with common office and content tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace); familiarity with basic digital publishing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience writing for professional services, accounting, finance, or tax advisory firms is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work on-site in New York, NY, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
