We’re Hiring: Lead A/V Programmer
Elite A/V | Smart Home & Automation Integration is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Lead A/V Programmer to join our team in Las Vegas, NV.
We specialize in high-end residential and commercial technology systems, including smart home automation, audio/video integration, networking, lighting control, security, shading, and custom technology solutions. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of programming, system commissioning, troubleshooting, and delivering a polished client experience from start to finish.
Control4 programming
Crestron systems
Networking and Wi-Fi configuration
Audio/video system integration
Lighting control and automation
System troubleshooting and commissioning
Working with technicians, project managers, builders, designers, and clients
Reading plans, understanding system design, and bringing complex systems to life
This is a leadership-level role for someone who understands that great technology should feel effortless for the client. We need someone detail-oriented, reliable, organized, and capable of programming systems that are clean, stable, intuitive, and built to last.
