Design and implement high-quality audio production for Sirius XM Radio programming.

Operate and maintain audio equipment, including microphones, mixers, and recording software.

Ensure sound quality and consistency across all audio content.

Collaborate with producers, hosts, and other team members to develop creative and innovative audio content.

Edit and mix audio recordings to meet industry standards and specific project needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio equipment and software.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in audio technology.

Maintain a clean and organized recording studio and equipment.

Meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Continuously strive for improvement in audio quality and processes.

Collaborate with other audio engineers and departments to deliver cohesive and high-quality audio content.

Communicate effectively with team members, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of audio signal flow and processing techniques.

Train and mentor new audio engineers as needed.
