We purchase inventory, take full operational control, and deliver results where brands have historically faced chaos: reseller issues, margin erosion, fragmented partners, and Amazon complexity.
Our creative team is the engine behind how our brand partners show up—across Amazon listings, digital advertising, web, photography, and video. We produce elevated consumer brand creative at the pace and volume that ecommerce demands, without sacrificing quality.
We're looking for a Creative Director to lead our in‑house creative team and shape the visual identity of the brands we partner with. This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit back and art‑direct from a distance. You'll be hands‑on: building systems, running projects, presenting to clients, and pushing the team to produce work that's both beautiful and effective.
You'll lead a team of 6-8 across graphic design, digital design, web, photography, and video production. About 60% of your work will be brand partner creative; 40% will be Neato's own marketing. You'll need to move fluidly between strategic client conversations and operational execution—translating brand goals into creative direction, then making sure the work gets out the door on time and on point.
You're equally comfortable in a client presentation and a project standup.
