With our growing user base and a market-leading iOS app (#18 in the App Store category and recipient of Apple's 2025 Design Award for Inclusivity), we are seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to drive key product decisions and deliver an outstanding user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Opportunity to lead key engineering and product decisions
- Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app
- Work within a dedicated product team
- Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap
- Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record working on products that scaled to a large user base and taking responsibility for engineering from inception to traction.
- Customer Obsession: Commitment to providing the best possible experience for users.
- Product Thinking: Ability to make thoughtful decisions about product evolution and collaborate with internal teams and designers.
- Speed & Focus: Ability to work quickly, prioritize tasks in a high-growth remote startup environment, and decide which ideas ship now versus later.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
- Proficient in Swift Programming Language and experienced with SwiftUI.
- Experience in Multithreading Programming and working with CI/CD infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Fastlane, adherence to SOLID principles, and strong Git skills with various Git strategies.
