🚀 Hiring: Lead Software Engineer – BaaS Team
📍 Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote currently | Potential Hybrid later)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join a growing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) team supporting partner onboarding and embedded finance platform initiatives.
This role is ideal for engineers with strong backend development expertise and prior experience in fintech, banking, or financial services environments.
✔ 7+ years of software engineering experience
✔ Strong backend development with C#/.NET
✔ Hands-on Azure cloud experience
✔ Experience with APIs, microservices, OAuth2, OpenAPI
✔ Knowledge of Azure services such as APIM, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Key Vault
✔ Experience with event-driven architecture (Service Bus/Event Hubs)
✔ Familiarity with Datadog/Grafana, DevOps, Git, Agile Scrum
✔ Strong communication skills and ability to work with external partners
The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications.
Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $120,000 - $150,000
