Project - Software Engineer III

Work you'll do

As a PROJECT - Software Engineer III on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

• Be responsible for the intake, logging, and initial triage of support tickets
• Serve as the first point of contact for user issues and service requests
• Manage ticket ingestion, categorize and prioritize requests
• Route issues to the appropriate support teams and track resolution status
• Help mentor more junior practitioners

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in a helpdesk environment
• 5+ years of experience supporting government clients
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification
• Active Secret security clearance
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred

• Experience using a ticketing platform to log, categorize, and track incidents and service requests
• Experience triaging and escalating technical support issues
• Experience documenting issue resolution steps and support processes
• Experience mentoring junior practitioners
