We are seeking a motivated Test Engineer to support system and product testing activities within a government-focused engineering environment. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer who is eager to gain hands-on experience supporting automated and manual testing, test procedure development, system validation, and technical reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering foundation, excellent communication skills, and interest in supporting highly regulated testing programs supporting DHS/TSA initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute automated and manual testing procedures for systems and products
- Assist with development of test plans, scripts, procedures, and templates
- Analyze test data and document system/integration/regression test results
- Support troubleshooting, defect identification, and issue reproduction
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, and testing documentation
- Assist in development of test fixtures, diagnostic programs, and validation tools
- Support engineering teams with data collection and analysis activities
- Ensure testing methods maintain data accuracy, repeatability, and defensibility
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field3.0 GPA or higher strongly preferred
- Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance and DHS Suitability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Highly motivated, self-starter mentality with strong willingness to learn
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Atlantic City, NJ

- Mechanical Engineering degree
- Prior system or integration testing experience
- Solid
- Works CAD experience3D printing experience
