• Verify materials and packaging to ensure they align with quality expectations
• Uphold precise documentation by executing daily quality assurance report responsibilities
• Assess products for any quality defects and instances of failing to meet prescribed standards
• Utilize devices like calipers and micrometers to conduct precise measurements during testing
• Evaluate and understand blueprints and schematics to meet quality specifications
• Maintain safety protocols and adhere to established standards at all times

Required Skills and Experience of Manufacturing Quality Associate

• Has the capacity to manage loads weighing 35 lbs (moderate lifting ability)
• The ability to comprehend blueprints and schematics is an important skill set
• Skill set encompassing fluency in both English and Spanish
• Assessing products for defects and overall quality is a key responsibility when conducting inspections on goods
• Ability to work effectively with calibration tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Proficient in meticulous observation and adept at problem-solving
