• Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience in a similar role
• Over seven years of experience in a related field preferred
• Professional certification may be required
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Knowledge in business administration, marketing, or procurement management is a plus

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Purchase, price, and market a variety of general line (or EWP) products for warehouse and customer sales
• Create sales strategies, introduce new products, and develop promotions
• Conduct sales presentations for assigned general line products
• Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels, turnover rates, and profit margins
• solicit sales for direct and warehouse merchandise
• Collaborate with location manager or sales manager on new and existing product promotions
• Oversee replenishment, pricing, and inventory management of assigned products
• Adjust pricing as required and maintain catalog price listings
• Develop an annual marketing plan that includes vendor, division, and product promotions
• Keep up-to-date technical product knowledge
• Assess market potential for products
• Analyze competitive products, new market opportunities, and competitors
• Work closely with division merchandising to select suppliers
• Maintain customer relationships, provide pricing quotes, and encourage additional sales
• Assist operations manager with warehousing efforts for assigned products
• Present at dealer meetings, sales gatherings, builder shows, etc.
• Uphold strong commitments to safety, quality, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
