Product Manager

This role will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of advanced military power generation solutions across the United States and the internationally.

Primary responsibilities (include but not limited to)

• Engage with defense clients, government bodies, and partners to gather requirements and maintain compliance
• Establish and implement the product strategy and roadmap for military power generation solutions
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and development through qualification, production, and ongoing support
• Set and guide the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with segment and organizational objectives
• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and delivery to optimization and eventual phase-out
• Develop proposals that meet corporate guidelines and specified quality standards
• Convert military and customer needs into detailed product specifications and engineering outputs

This is an on-site position in El Paso, TX and relocation assistance can be provided.

Qualifications

• A completed university qualification (diploma, master’s, or bachelor’s), ideally within a technical discipline
• Demonstrated success in similar responsibilities
• Experience within the defense industry is considered a plus
• Advanced project management training is advantageous
• Solid understanding of SAP R/3 or SAP HANA, particularly the PS and SD modules
• Professional fluency in English
• Knowledge of German is a plus
