As a member of the field operations team, you will lead restaurants and General Managers to achieve success in key performance areas such as guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and financial results. Role and Responsibilities
As an Area Manager, you will provide leadership and support to restaurant managers, helping them achieve operational excellence while maintaining high standards for service, quality, and safety. You will analyze performance data, guide teams, and ensure consistent adherence to company policies.
- Assist restaurant managers in developing strategies to manage profit and loss and resolve restaurant-specific issues
- Create monthly district budget objectives and hold regular meetings to review trends, reporting variances to the Company Operations Director
- Coach managers on shift management, team development, and fostering employee engagement
- Ensure consistent compliance with company standards for product quality and safety
- Evaluate guest feedback and work with managers to enhance guest satisfaction by addressing issues promptly
- Collaborate with supervisors to identify and manage labor efficiency challenges, financial risks, and regulatory health inspections
- Promote a work environment that encourages employee participation, skill development, and constructive feedback
- Oversee and monitor restaurant cleaning schedules and maintenance tasks
Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma required; GED acceptable; college degree preferred
- Food Safety Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience as a District Manager or Multi-Unit Operator preferred
- Minimum of two years as a General Manager with direct oversight of P&L statements
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve high performance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with high energy and enthusiasm

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and adaptable environment
- Skilled in developing proactive and creative solutions
- Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience preferred
