In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of beauty advisors, driving sales and creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers. Lead and manage a team of beauty advisors to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products, and train team members accordingly.
Create a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers through excellent product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
Work closely with the store management team to ensure proper inventory levels and effective merchandising.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
Manage and monitor the beauty department budget, including expenses and profitability.
Collaborate with vendors and negotiate pricing and promotional opportunities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing beauty department.
Stay informed about industry developments and competition, and make recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for team members.
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of new beauty advisors.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
