Who we are
About StripeStripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead.
That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About The Team
The Link team builds the premier consumer network for next-generation commerce, leveraging our base of 300M+ registered consumers to pioneer the future of Identity, Consumer Finance, and AI-driven transactions. While our foundation was built on high-conversion merchant payments and a flexible digital wallet, we are expanding far beyond.
We are building the infrastructure for a world where AI agents transact on your behalf, stablecoins go mainstream, and identity dictates how money moves.
We think of Link as the wallet for the internet — and we're building for what's next.
What you’ll doYou will build the Link App experience across web and native — building the wallet product consumers need to feel confident, excited, and inspired by the new ways payments and identity are changing online.
That means being a true champion of the consumer: end-to-end owner of core features, a cross-functional partner to Engineering, Design, and GTM, and an active voice in shaping Link's consumer strategy alongside Link leadership. You'll define, build, and scale new and existing products — informed by consumer insights and data.
We're looking for a technical PM who operates with a high degree of autonomy and drive. You care deeply about craft and impact — the only thing that really matters to you is getting well-built products into users' hands. You're probably already exploring how AI is changing how products get built and what it means for the PM role; you might even have a few half-finished side projects that prove it.
Responsibilities
- Own the consumer perspective — spend time with users, partner closely with Engineering, GTM, and Operations, and synthesize feedback and market signals into clear product direction
- Be the voice of the Link consumer, both within the team and across Stripe
- Define and drive an ambitious roadmap, from expanding core capabilities to leading nascent initiatives through to maturity
- Establish team pace, clear prioritization, and rigorous execution standards
- Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ship cohesive, frictionless experiences
Who you are
- We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
- If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply.
- The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in a product or technical role, with experience shipping world-class consumer products at scale
- High taste, design empathy, and sharp judgment — can put yourself in the shoes of consumers and be a steward of crafting great experiences
- Rigorous with data — comfortable digging into metrics, writing SQL when needed, and thinking from first principles to deliver the right results
- Desire for continuous product improvement; able to optimize for shipping a portfolio of small, medium, and large releases
- Ownership mindset — works on whatever it takes to solve problems and delight consumers
- Strong written and verbal communication, with a talent for distilling user problems into precise, actionable framing
- Experience managing high-stakes external partnerships — aligning on milestones and executing integrations end-to-end
- Thrives with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
